Senior System Analyst (Backend)

As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the backend of our main product – CFD (Direct). You will collaborate closely with development teams to define business logic, drive integrations with internal and external systems, and ensure seamless functionality. Our system is built in Node.js.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the business logic of various microservices to support new or improved functionality
  
• Prepare artifacts for development: functional and non-functional requirements, process diagrams, use cases
  
• Modeling integrations between involved systems using Sequence diagrams
  
• Design of integration contracts between systems (REST, gRPC, Message Brokers)
• Requirements gathering both in person and in group discussions
• Collaboration with other development teams and various business departments
• Log analysis (graylog, kibana)
  
• Reverse Engineering of legacy functionalities

Requirements:

• 3 years experience as a system analyst is required
  
• Strong backend experience is essential
  
• Experience in integration analytics, understanding of client-server interaction fundamentals, principles of web service
• operation, and comprehension of API, REST, OpenAPI terminologies
  
• UML, BPMN
  
• Understanding of databases, and independent creation of SQL queries is required
  
• Experienced in creating detailed system specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts
  
• Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
  
• Fluent in English and Russian
