As a Senior System Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our corporate banking and investment platform, working with a modern tech stack that includes a React front-end and a Java back-end. Your expertise will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of critical systems that power our financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Study system capabilities: design modifications, construct workflow charts and diagrams
  
• Manage the requirements life cycle
  
• Write technical specifications
  
• Evaluate business processes
  
• analyze requirements, uncover areas for improvement and development
  
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements
  
• Conduct research on industry best practices and standards to implement product improvements continuously
• Interpret and evaluate research data to develop data-driven system analyses and projections

Hard Skills:

• Strong understanding of Web development and cross-functionality between Web front-end and back-end
  
• Strong understanding of Mobile development
  
• Experience in the banking business as an analyst is considered to be an advantage
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
  
• Good command of the English language, Russian will be advantage
  
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset
  
• Ability to switch between several business domains
  
• Excellent documentation skills
  
• Experience in prototyping and visual modeling of the requirements and processes
  
• Strong experience in software maintenance, ensuring system stability.
  
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
