Responsibilities:
Drive the development processes
Collaborate with other managers and business stakeholders to define clear, actionable requirements.
Utilize Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure effective communication, coordination, and decision-making within the team.
Leverage technical expertise to help the team overcome challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
Oversee the distribution and resolution of production incidents beyond Level 2 support.
Manage team capacity, lead hiring and onboarding efforts, and integrate new development processes into the team's workflow.
Requirements:
4 years of experience in project management with a strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing development team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
