Media Projects Manager (Content Production) leads and coordinates content creation for inDrive’s social impact and special projects. This role ensures that content—from videos and articles to social media posts—aligns with the company’s social responsibility strategies, such as education, equality, and sustainable development. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of delivering compelling, high-quality content across multiple countries and platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Production & Strategy
Oversee all stages of content creation for social and special projects, including video production, written content, and multimedia formats.
Ensure content reflects inDrive’s social responsibility initiatives, highlighting impact in areas like education, equality, and sustainability.
Adapt content to different platforms (social media, websites, internal communications) to maximize engagement.
Analyze content performance and propose improvements based on audience insights and platform trends.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage content production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate filming, editing, distribution, and promotional efforts for impact-driven projects.
Work across multiple countries, ensuring content resonates with diverse audiences by adapting to regional contexts and social issues.
Collaborate with external partners, influencers, agencies, and subject matter experts to enhance content quality and reach.
Creative & Strategic Collaboration
Develop unique storytelling approaches to showcase the real impact of inDrive’s initiatives.
Work closely with marketing, PR, and internal teams to align special projects with the company’s broader communication and content strategies.
Maintain a creative and problem-solving mindset, ensuring innovative solutions for content challenges.
Qualifications
Requirements
Proven experience in content production, ideally within social impact, CSR, or media projects.
Strong knowledge of creative concept development and special project execution.
Experience working with various content formats, including videos, articles, infographics, and e-learning materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling logistics, creative direction, and distribution.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze content performance, apply insights, and optimize communication strategies.
Cultural awareness and the ability to tailor content to diverse international audiences.
