About the Company

Our client is a regulated forex company, operating an online platform that serves both professional traders and beginners. The platform offers a wide range of investment instruments, and must comply with strict regulations in terms of marketing and advertising.

They are currently running several lead generation campaigns and need a dedicated conversion agent to help convert Norwegian-speaking leads into clients.

What You’ll Do:

As a Conversion Agent, your main duty will be interacting with all new leads and converting them into customers using the most effective lead-nurturing strategies. You will also keep in touch with customers and give them clear and accurate explanations on various topics, such as opening an account, funding options, and how to start trading.

Here are the main tasks you will perform:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients over the phone
• Generate and convert new leads into active trading clients
• Promote and sell the company’s products & services effectively
• Provide professional guidance and top-level service to clients
• Keep clients updated on market trends and trading opportunities
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and account setup
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

The successful candidate must meet the following conditions:

• Fluency in Norwegian (written & spoken)
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work professionally and collaborate with colleagues
• Ambitious, dynamic, and highly self-motivated
• Self-confident with a drive for success
• Basic understanding of online trading platforms is a plus
