Olinio is recruiting on behalf of a Forex company in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients over the phone.
Developing and generating trading clients from new leads.
Promoting and selling the company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner. Contact prospective clients to sell the company’s product and services.
Providing professional guidance and best level of service to existing and new clients
Provide excellent and proactive client service including solutions according to the customer needs and with any platform/financial trading related queries at all times.
Updating clients with ongoing updates on the market.
Assisting new clients to begin trading.
Assisting clients with deposits/withdrawals.
Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering.
Following all company’s policies and procedures and ensuring that the relevant compliance obligations are in line with the relevant authority requirements.
Requirements:
Sales experience.
Fluency in Swedish.
Ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues in a highly professional manner.
Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to close deals.
Ambitious, passionate, dynamic and highly self-motivated with strong sales skills.
Self-confident and hunger for success.
Computer literate.
