You must be able to create innovative and effective marketing strategies while strictly adhering to the company’s objectives and conducting market research. A significant aspect of the role involves identifying new trends and technologies to enhance the company’s online presence and increase brand visibility. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to achieve optimal results.

What You’ll Do:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Devise and edit content for various digital platforms.
• Help to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns.
• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Assess the results of marketing campaigns and optimize for better performance.
• Assist the COO in writing reports and analyzing data.
• Manage budgets, including preparing costings and producing spending updates throughout campaigns.
• Define KPIs, measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to measure success.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the company is at the forefront of industry developments.

List of Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or any other relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the above-mentioned fields.
• Ability to solve problems and think strategically and creatively.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Skilled in handling time-sensitive projects and meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for excellence.
• Great team player, with strong self-driven skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.

• Monthly fixed salary.
