Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for an experienced and results oriented Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Athens HQ.

Key activities and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develops sales strategy that covers sales, revenue and expense controls for the assigned accounts
  • Oversees account performance according to KPIs
  • Creates, monitors and implements a sales plan ensuring accomplishment of sales goals
  • Prioritizes business development as a task by seeking out new accounts and opportunities
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics and create reports for internal use
  • Participates in the development and monitoring of budget
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. PM), on providing the best service to our customers
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Builds trustworthy relationships with customers, acting as an ambassador
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business and economics or related field
  • At least 3 -5 years of experience in sales in industrial sector or in a relevant industry
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek & English. German language is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to travel extensively abroad
