Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for an experienced and result oriented Plant HR Supervisor to join our HR team in Xanthi. The role is responsible for all HR functions of a specific business area, implementing effective HR strategies and activities within the organization, supporting the business to achieve continuous optimization.
- Maintain daily presence in the area of responsibility to gain a thorough understanding of the operation and provide expertise on all HR-related topics
- Focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns, conducting disciplinary actions and terminations as necessary
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees through various channels
- Analyze HR metrics and collaborate with the Plant team to increase productivity, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as the liaison between employees, HR Manager, and Plant Management to provide quick and effective solutions to all stakeholders and resolve HR issues
- Collaborating with management to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Contributing to the establishment and continuous improvement of high health, safety, and security standards for employees
Requirements
- AEI degree in HR / Finance / Business Administration / Engineering. Postgraduate studies is a must
- >5 years of working experience in HR, mainly in industrial environments
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and fluency in Greek and English are a must
- Sound knowledge of the Greek Labor Law
- Ability to work independently and effectively, to understand business functions and organization needs of an industrial environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication and time management skills
- Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
