Dutch Customer Advisor

Location: Athens, Greece

Role: Dutch speaking Automotive Customer Advisor

Salary: Competitive package plus relocation bonus paid out

Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Sunday 08.00-19.00

The Company

Our client in Greece is a global leader in customer experience management, providing exceptional support and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. For their multilingual hub in Athens, we are recruiting for fluent Dutch speaking Automotive Customer Advisors.

The Role

As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the automotive sector, handling incoming queries via phone and email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate information, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will deal with a variety of questions in relation to vehicle concern, repeat repairs, warranty issues, or part deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer queries via phone and email.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups via email or call-backs when necessary.
• Provide product and price information to customers.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Investigate support requests and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level II support

Requirements
The successful candidate should have:

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
• Previous customer service experience desired
• Multi tasking skills

Offer

The selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 4 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 4 weeks.
