German speaking Sales Executive - work from home

Location: Greece work from home

Role: German speaking Sales Specialist - WFH

Salary package: 1,200€ gross per month (paid 14x a year) plus commission between €150 to €250 p/m

Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week rotational between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and their vibrant Athens office is one of their European multilingual hubs where they support multiple well-known brands in a variety of languages. They are currently recruiting German speaking Sales Specialists for their work from home operation, meaning this role can be done from anywhere in Greece.

The role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Specialists to support the growth of a leading global e-commerce platform. Your main responsibility will be to engage with small- to medium-sized businesses and guide them through the registration process on the B2B platform. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and onboard new small and medium-sized business clients to the B2B e-commerce platform
• Identify and reach out to decision-makers, including those already active on the B2C platform, and encourage them to join the B2B side
• Conduct outbound calls and send personalized emails to potential business partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful registration
• Follow up closely with prospects to guide them through the registration journey and maximize conversion
• Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to overall business growth

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Fluent German and English
• Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Comfortable working with sales targets and in a competitive environment
• Proven ability to build rapport, identify opportunities, and close business
• A team player who thrives in an international, multicultural setting
