German speaking Sales Advisor - work from home

Location: Greece work from home

Role: German speaking Sales Advisor

Salary: 1000 euro net p/m plus 30 euro net p/m work from home allowance plus 132 euro net p/m food vouchers.

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between Monday – Friday: 9h00 – 21h00, Saturday: 10h00 – 17h00

The Company

Our client is an outsourcing partner in Greece who are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Agents to handle outbound sales calls and inbound customer care inquirier. This is a fully remote role that can be done anywhere in Greece.

The role

You will be supporting a frozen food supplier and the role involves proactive customer engagement, order management, and sales support to enhance the customer experience. It includes both outbound and inbound calls with existing clients.

Outbound Sales (Telesales & Customer Follow-up):

• Contact existing clients to inform them of delivery schedule changes due to driver absence and check for any order modifications
• Reach out to customers who were not home during a scheduled delivery to arrange a new visit and confirm any changes to their order
• Call customers in advance of a planned delivery visit to take their order ahead of time
• Proactively contact customers before key holidays (Christmas, Easter, Summer) to ensure their orders are placed in time
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend complementary products based on customer orders
• Promoting Special Offers: Highlight promotional products, which change every three weeks and may not be listed in the catalog, often available at discounted prices.

Inbound Customer Care (Order & Appointment Management):

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers placing orders via the phone number provided in catalogues.
• Manage appointment cancellations for home deliveries and propose alternative delivery dates to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken
• Good command of English is desired
• Previous experience in a customer or sales role desired
• Able to multi-task
• Stable internet speed of min. 20 mbps download and 8 mbps upload

Salary and BenefitsWork from home in Greece. The basic net salary is 1000 euro net p/m (paid 14 x a year) plus 30 euro net p/m work from home allowance plus 132 euro net p/m food vouchers.
