Associate Process Consultant

What is the job about?
As our new Associate Process Consultant, you will provide support to the Operational Procurement Management process related to activities for direct suppliers in close cooperation with the process management team and the rest of the Purchasing organization.
In this position you will be based in Székesfehérvár and report to the Manager, Sourcing Process Management.
The key activities include:
- Assessing, refining, documenting, implementing and deployment of the OPM process globally in collaboration with Process Manager to ensure process efficiency and high master data quality
- Create and maintain process documentation in Integrated Management System – IMS
- Project participation and contribution in internal and cross-functional projects
- Identify and describe (IT) requirements including system testing
- KPI responsibilities related to processes, including identification of measures and global monitoring of measures
- Data Governance Data Steward for data objects, including responsibility to define, implement, assess and refine attribute definitions as well as attribute KPI’s
- Support process standardization globally across Grundfos companies
- Identify and initiate activities to improve master data quality and process efficiency
- Train and support the purchasing community in process related areas
- Carrying out various data analyses using ERP related systems or data sources, administrative tasks of ERP related systems and KPI follow up
- Optimize data quality
- Build network in Grundfos in Purchasing and cross-functionally
- Continuously gain and improve knowledge in own area
Your background:
- We imagine that you:
- Have 2 years of experience in similar role
- Have experience with operational procurement activities and understanding the order flow and related procurement processes
- Have solid system knowledge and curiosity
- Have the willingness to acquire new skills and work in a team environment
- Good at building and maintaining relations across Grundfos functions
- Systematic and analytical with a good understanding of business aspects and of general processes within Purchase and other related business areas in Grundfos
- Project Management skills
- A good communicator in English both in speech and writing
