We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will apply subject matter knowledge and demonstrate technical and business insight, working within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules for the assigned production line(s).
- Ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage and supervise production technicians.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience driving developed processes within Manufacturing Engineering.
- Ability to lead processes or projects.
- Ability to lead a business process within Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience with CNC machines.
- Typically, 3-4 years of relevant work experience in addition to formal education.
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area of Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong ability to influence others.
- Great understanding of relevant systems, local laws, and regulations applicable to Manufacturing Engineering.
