The Role:
We’re seeking a flexible and proactive Water Service Operator to join our team. This dynamic role is essential for supporting our Water Solutions division. As a Water Service Operator, you’ll adapt to the needs of the business and our customers, covering a variety of tasks including machine maintenance, restocking, customer service, and deliveries. You will report to the Operations Manager in our Dunshaughlin HQ.

This role involves driving, physical activity, and working across different locations to ensure outstanding service. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is adaptable, and enjoys hands-on work.

What You’ll Do
Depending on the division and customer needs, your responsibilities will include:

• Water Solutions: Deliver and stock 18-litre water bottles to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, acting as the face of our company across various sites.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct spot checks and audits, and support team members with training and mentoring as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep company vans clean, safe, and roadworthy at all times.

About You

• Adaptable: You’re flexible and ready to switch between different tasks and locations depending on business needs.
• Customer-Focused: You enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.
• Physically Fit: Comfortable with manual handling tasks, such as delivering large water bottles or managing equipment.
• Independent Worker: Able to work effectively on your own while maintaining high standards.
• Travel-Ready: Willing to drive long distances to reach customers across Ireland.
• Detail-Oriented: You pride yourself on keeping things clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Experience: While experience in vending, delivery, or related fields is a plus, we provide full training.
