Job Posting for Clerical Officer Grade III at AllPro Recruitment
We are now recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer for our client in the education sector, based in Tullamore. This is a full-time position for an initial 3 month contract.
THE ROLE:
Provide clerical support to the existing team
Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
Assisting with post
Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
Dealing with members of the public and staff (directing their query to the relevant person/department, assisting them in finding correct information on website/ giving them prospectuses etc.)
Uploading manual files to share drive/ cloud
Assisting the centre manager with the smooth running of the front desk
REQUIREMENTS
Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
Must have excellent IT skills
Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines
Working week: Monday-Friday Hours of work: 9am-5pm / 8.30am-4.30pm (centre dependent) Hours per week: 35 Rate of pay: €16.32 per hour
