Sales Executive - Audi Kilkenny

Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits us in our state of the art facilities here at Audi Kilkenny. We will take you through an extensive in-house training programme and teach you the selling skills which will enable you to become a professional car sales executive.


The duties of our Sales Executives include:


  • To prepare and use a planned sales presentation, designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • To develop and use Customer Follow-up and Prospecting systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.
  • To develop and use a planned daily, weekly, and monthly sales call programme, as agreed with the Sales Manager.
  • To develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of major competitors.
  • To manage all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
  • To provide reports as required on all sales activities.
  • To conduct accurate Appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange, using a systematic appraisal record, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features. Agree valuations with the Sales Manager and complete satisfactory negotiations with potential customers to maximise sales.


In order to succeed, you will need:


  • Full, clean driver's license.
  • Previous sales experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make strong professional relationships.
  • Keen communicator with a variety of different stakeholders.
  • Highly ambitious to achieve and surpass sales targets.
