Junior Finance Specialist

Barden are delighted to be working with our client again, a large Irish company with a very recognisable and well liked brand who have an opportunity for someone to join their Finance Team on a permanent basis. You would have the opportunity to gain strong experience and training in Accounts and there will be progression opportunities within this company for the right person.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Daily invoice processing, preparation and review of bank recs, reconciling supplier statements and raising invoices for debtors
• Support in processing payment runs on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Detailed financial analysis, including performing variance and trend analysis, and reporting of spend to highlight opportunities.
• Working with cross functional teams to drive expenditure control and implement new processes.
• Supporting the role out of new Purchase Order process.
• Supporting other finance functions and other ad hoc duties.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• AP/ Accounts experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel is essential.
• Hardworking, organised, and flexible, able to work in a very fast paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €29,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
