The Ideal candidate will have 5 star or Michelin experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Cellar stock and ensure list is maintained
• Plan and prepare pairings in line with the Kitchen vision
• deliver expert recommendations to our guests and exceed their expectations
• Stay up to date with current and emerging trends
• Liaise with restaurant management to ensure any special requirements are met
• Be present and hands on during service and maintain the highest level of standards
• Guide the team and share your knowledge to ensure a good level of wine knowledge throughout.

Ideal Candidate

• Michelin experience preferred
• Previous experience as a sommelier
• Organised with great attention to detail
• WSET accredited.
