General Dentist

Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced General Dentist on behalf of a well-established private dental practice in Longford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a modern, patient-focused setting.

The practice caters to both private and medical card patients, offering a busy, consistent patient base with strong earning potential. We are ideally looking for a dentist who can double up or has a special interest in another aspect of dentistry such as aesthetics, endodontics, or orthodontics, to complement the existing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality general dental care to both private and medical card patients
• Perform routine examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Deliver treatment plans in a professional and ethical manner
• Optional: Provide specialist treatments or aesthetic services if qualified

Requirements:

• IDC Registration (Irish Dental Council) – essential
• Minimum 2 year of post-qualification clinical experience
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Strong commitment to patient care and comfort
• Ability to work independently in a small, close-knit team
• Interest in cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry or other dental specialities is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Availability to start as soon as possible
