Reporting to the Global Head of People, the Communications & Employee Experience Lead will be the driving force behind the design and execution of innovative strategies that inspire, inform, and ignite joy for our colleagues in all of our locations.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that drive engagement and foster a strong sense of belonging for our team at all stages of their career with ARI. By leading internal communications, engagement programs, and personal development & well-being initiatives, the Communications & Employee Experience Lead ensures that employees feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey with ARI. By collaborating with leaders, HR teams, and colleagues across all locations, the role will create a seamless, inclusive employee experience that echoes ARI’s global vision whilst ensuring alignment between company culture, values, and employee expectations.

Armed with exceptional communication skills and creative prowess the successful candidate will spearhead a transformative internal communications and engagement plan. Through this plan, the role holder will weave together ARI’s strategy and objectives into a compelling narrative, creating a shared sense of purpose and building an employee community that’s united and inspired.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a global employee experience strategy for ARI
  • Design and implement initiatives that foster a strong workplace culture and enhance the employee experience globally.
  • Develop and manage internal communication strategies that keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Manage the global ARI Newsletter; Town-halls, regular employee emails, management video messages
  • Develop and build an internal communications and engagement calendar with dates throughout the year to capture key business messages and feedback from staff
  • Raise the profile of ARI within the wider daa Group through closer co-operation with the daa Comms team, increased exposure on daa internal comms channels
  • Work closely with the Executive team and internal stakeholders to develop narrative in support of the business agenda to drive consistent, compelling and insightful communication across the organisation
  • Clearly express the internal voice for ARI and ensure that key business updates are reinforced through all our communications
  • Lead the engagement survey launch, communication cascade, and drive action planning
  • Develop and oversee employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements, milestones, and contributions e.g. the ARI Star Awards
  • Support DEI initiatives and collaborate with leadership to create inclusive programs that foster a diverse workplace.
  • Partner with daa Centre of Excellence and local teams to promote & implement wellness programs.


  • Qualifications


  • Proven track record of developing and executing impactful communication strategies including driving employee engagement through internal programmes and campaigns
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
  • Experience working with various internal communication channels and digital tools (social channels, intranet, video platforms, collaboration tools, etc.).
  • Strong strategic thinker and evidence of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies and activities.
  • Third level qualification in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable
