Role title - Mechanical Supervisor – Data Center

Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support operations at a high-tech data center facility in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, hands-on experience in large-scale MEP installations, and the ability to lead and coordinate on-site contractors and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical works including HVAC, cooling systems, and piping installations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections, report progress, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover of mechanical systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical supervision on large-scale or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• EU work authorization or eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
