Are you skilled in the art of precision mixing within a bakery environment? We are looking for a Mixer Operator to join our team and play a crucial role in the production of high-quality doughs. If you have experience working with mixing machines and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Preparation: Adjust metering devices to ensure precise measurement of water, flour, and shortening.

Monitor and control the conveyance of ingredients into the mixer.Measure and dump yeast, vitamins, yeast food, sugar, salt, and other components into the mixing machine.
Working Environment:

• Machinery Operation:Tend to machines and equipment that automatically mix ingredients.

Ensure the seamless operation of mixing machinery.

• Quality Control:Follow specified formulas for both straight and sponge doughs.

Maintain a keen focus on quality standards throughout the mixing process.

Daily Duties:

• Controls Adjustment:Move controls and turn valves to fine-tune mixing parameters.
• Monitoring:Continuously monitor the mixing process for consistency and adherence to formulas.
• Troubleshooting:Address any issues with the mixing equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to optimize overall production efficiency.

Working Hours:

• 5-day working week (Monday - Saturday) Early Morning Start

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar mixing role within a bakery setting.
• Familiarity with adjusting controls and valves on mixing equipment.
• Ability to adhere to precise formulas for dough production.
