Hanley Energy is seeking to hire an Engineering Systems Controller for our Dundalk facility, with the flexibility to work at our other locations in Stamullen, Co. Meath, Moyagh, and Kingscourt, Co. Cavan

Responsibilities include:

• Support SolidWorks Mechanical & Electrical PDM implementation and best practices.
• Provide engineering systems support to users and resolve CAD/PDM issues.
• Collaborate on CAD/PDM standards with stakeholders.
• Administer CAD/PDM systems and create standardized work instructions.
• Manage CAD software installation, upgrades, and new workflows.
• Drive system improvements and PDM-SAP integration.
• Train new design staff and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop SOPs and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• Previous CAD/PDM administration experience
• Exposure to SolidWorks Mechanical and Electrical CAD (preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL, BOM structures, change management, and design principles
• Experience in designing and maintaining PDM workflows
• ERP system (SAP) experience preferred
• Strong organizational, data management, and SQL troubleshooting skills
• Approachable, confident, and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Office 365 applications

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
