Field Service Engineer (Dublin)

Your expertise will be key to ensuring optimal performance, minimising downtime, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
 
What you will do:

 Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on heavy plant, powered access, and generator equipment both on-site and in the workshop when required.
 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to keep equipment operating efficiently.
 Provide technical support to customers, offering guidance on optimal equipment usage and addressing inquiries promptly. 
 Uphold the highest standards of safety and maintenance in all tasks and operations.
 Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and service history.
 Utilise strong mechanical skills to ensure precision and reliability in all aspects of the job.
 Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in maintaining the quality and performance of equipment.
 Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our company.
 
What you will need:

 Previous experience in plant, powered access, or generator equipment repair and maintenance.
 Good all-round mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong customer service skills with a proactive and professional approach.
 A full, valid driving licence (essential for field-based work).
