Medical Device Sales – Seating and Mobility
Location: Ireland Preferred base: Leinster
Your role
You will sell clinical seating and mobility products. You’ll work with healthcare professionals to assess client needs. You’ll manage clinics, support clients, and grow sales.
Key tasks
Run clinics for custom and modular seating systems
Carry out client assessments in clinical and community settings
Recommend products based on biomechanics and mobility needs
Support occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses
Answer clinical, technical, and sales questions
Build long-term relationships with healthcare contacts
Meet sales targets using a clear territory plan
Identify new clients and market areas
Keep records and report market feedback
Attend trade shows and training events
Help launch new products in your area
What you need
3 years in a clinical role
Strong knowledge of human biomechanics
Experience with mobility or seating products
Comfortable working with clinical equipment
Understanding of Irish healthcare processes
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong MS Office skills
Full clean driving licence

Salary: €55,000–€65,000 (based on experience)
Commission: 2% of sales, paid quarterly
