Supervisor – Fashion Retail Sales

Our client is a thriving Fashion Clothing brand with multiple stores across Ireland, currently hiring a Supervisor for their store located in Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge, Co Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail career with a dynamic and expanding brand.

Your Role as Supervisor:

• Support the management team in the daily operations of the store.
• Assist in driving sales through effective stock management and exceptional customer service, ensuring weekly targets and KPIs are met.
• Motivate, lead, and empower the team to enhance performance and create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards using business tools provided.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and acting as a role model for the team.
• Assist in administrative tasks and uphold the store’s operational standards in the absence of senior management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum two years’ experience in the retail sector, with previous Supervisory or Key Holder experience.
• Passion for retail and driving store profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, develop, and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and security procedures to ensure employee and customer well-being.
