Appointment Booker/Customer Service

OHK Energy is a market leader in renewable energy services in Ireland, based in Castleblaney, Co. Monaghan. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team but can also work on their own initiative. Someone who loves talking to people, has strong customer service and administration skills. Someone who wants to join a company with a great future ahead of them and join a buzzing team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Being the 1st point of contact for all potential customers and making an appointment for an energy consultant to provide them with a quote

- Responsible for taking inbound phone calls which can range from potential customers to existing customers

- Meet and/or exceed individual and team conversion targets

- Promote our company and services to potential customers on a daily basis

- Ensure each lead is qualified to its full potential

- Work with a team dedicated to renewable energy solutions

Qualification and Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales databases is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

All training of products and services is provided on site. NO Cold calling part of this role.
