We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team but can also work on their own initiative. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out virtual energy consultations with prospective customers and providing them with a personalised quote.
- Meet and exceed individual and team conversion targets.
- Present and explain product benefits and features
- Promote our company and services to potential customers on a daily basis
- Regular communication and feedback to the team lead.
- Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with role
- Be comfortable in a target driven role and using a CRM
Skills/Abilities/Experience Required associated with this role:
Previous sales experience is beneficial
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving skills.
An energetic individual who adapts well to change and can thrive in a fast paced organisation that continues to evolve.
Reliable, self-motivated, and well organized
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Decisiveness and attention to detail.
