Job Description

The main function of the role will be to assists our customers with any technical queries and troubleshooting relating to their phototvoltaic solar systems.

Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and system performance monitoring. Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct site visits to assess and resolve any post-installation concerns or warranty-related matters.

The role will also assist our installation teams on an on-going basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support role preferred but not essential as training will be provided

· Troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused and collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full training will be provided on our products, systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., electrician, solar PV technician) preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €50,000.00 – 60k per year
