Head of Strategy

We are presently recruiting for a Head of Strategy and Sales for our clients in County Kerry. As Head of Strategy, you will be instrumental in defining long-term business goals, analysing market trends and identifying Sales and growth opportunities. Working with company CEO, you will develop strategic plans, align company objectives, and drive innovation. You will have a proven record in optimising operations and positioning of companies to deliver sustainable success with additional investments. This is a full – time position based in office in County Kerry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision and growth initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive strategic planning processes, aligning business objectives with financial goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business models, investments, and expansion plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new revenue streams.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance competitive positioning.
• Drive sales performance and revenue expansion.
• Identify market opportunities and competitive trends.
• Build and maintain key client relationships.
• Align sales objectives with corporate strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams for business success

Key Requirements:

• 5 years Proven experience in a strategic, senior leadership position.
• Expertise in market analysis, business transformation, and financial modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence at the executive level.
• MBA or relevant qualification preferred.
