Role Overview:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support residents in their daily activities, promoting independence while fostering respectful and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care, ensuring dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Encourage and uphold the ethos of person-centered care.
• Assist in organising social outings and in-house activities.
• Maintain clean and hygienic living spaces for residents.
• Support the management team during audits and inspections.
• Must be fully flexible to work across 7 days, including both day and night shifts.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in elderly care within a residential setting is desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
