Role Overview:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support and assist residents in their daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and respect. You will foster meaningful relationships built on trust and equality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents' privacy, dignity, and well-being.
• Encourage and implement person-centred care practices.
• Assist with organising social outings and in-house activities.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic living environment for residents.
• Support management during internal and external audits/inspections.
• Be flexible and available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in elderly care within a residential setting is desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
• A compassionate, patient, and caring approach with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
