Role Overview:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support and assist residents in their daily activities while encouraging independence. You will build meaningful relationships with residents based on respect and equality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care while upholding residents’ dignity, privacy, and respect.
• Foster an environment that promotes independence and well-being.
• Assist in planning and participating in social activities and outings.
• Maintain clean and hygienic living spaces for residents.
• Support the management team during audits and inspections.
• Be flexible and available to work days, nights, and weekends.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in elderly care within a residential setting is desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude with a sense of humour.
