Job Description
As a Senior Account Manager, you will advise on tailored media strategies, offering data-driven recommendations and defining KPIs.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive process improvements for greater performance and efficiency, ensuring timely execution.
- Educate clients on product features, providing training and resources to enhance their campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients through regular communication, acting as a trusted point of contact and client advocate.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integrations.
- Track and analyze performance data, maintaining accurate reports and optimizing processes.
- Work across multiple time zones and support international teams as needed.
- Lead client and internal meetings, providing data reviews and optimization recommendations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Align strategies with business goals, scaling outreach and managing tasks proactively.
- Coordinate internal processes and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Identify and pitch upsell opportunities, managing outcomes and tracking results.
- Advise on tailored media strategies, offering data-driven recommendations and defining KPIs.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advertising platforms and tools.
- Ability to support global teams and manage tasks across different time zones.
- Proactive, responsible, and dedicated to continuous learning and development.
- Proven experience in managing partnerships and executing campaigns in a digital or marketing context.
- Min 3 years of experience in advertising, with at least 1 year managing mid-market or performance accounts.
- Familiar with cross-functional collaboration and escalation processes.
- Self-motivated with the capability to independently lead projects and initiatives.
- Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMP) and marketing automation initiatives (MAI).
- Strong technical proficiency, especially in troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
