The Killeshin Hotel are currently recruiting for Accommodation Assistants to join our team .
Main purpose of the job:
You will be responsible for the cleaning, preparing and maintaining of guest rooms and public areas to the required standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- To ensure that all allocated rooms, public areas and/or back of house and/or pantries and/or storage areas are cleaned and maintained to the requirement standards defined
- To ensure that security is maintained at all times when cleaning guest rooms.
- To ensure that any rooms and/or items requiring maintenance are reported immediately to the Manager/Supervisor.
- To ensure that accommodation equipment, hoovers, trolleys, steam irons are cared for properly and are checked regularly.
- To carry out your job responsibilities with a positive, happy attitude, showing good knowledge and proficiency, demonstrating your ability to be organised and structured in your work practices, prioritising tasks in order to achieve goals and objectives within acceptable time frames.
- To provide the Guest, at all times, with the highest levels of Guest care and personal attention, where possible anticipating Guest needs and initiating actions to exceed expectations in order to ensure that the Guest receives a seamless service experience of the hotel.

- Experience in an Accommodation Department
- Love cleaning
- Will be bubbly and enthusiastic
- Available to work weekday, weekends and evenings as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a positive attitude with a great work ethic.
