Catering Assistant

My client, a leading provider of catering and facilities services, is seeking a Catering Assistant to join their team based in Wexford

Position Overview:
As the Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations. You will assist with food preparation, serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, and ensure all service and kitchen areas are kept clean and well-stocked.

This is a temporary position with a competitive rate of €13.50 per hour. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering a high standard of food service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
• Full right to work in Ireland
• Valid Manual Handling and Food Safety certifications
• Previous experience in catering or hospitality (desirable)
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Immediate availability

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
• Restocking and organising supplies
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
