We specialize in helping clients efficiently and safely pack and relocate their belongings during various situations, including relocations, renovations, and temporary storage needs. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure a smooth and organized packing process, providing exceptional service and peace of mind to our clients. We primarily serve  insurance carriers and consumers of their various insurance products. 

Job Description:
We are searching for a business development professional with a demonstrated history of successful selling and growing business relationships to help us achieve our next stage of growth. This position offers significant rewards to someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • · Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • · Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • · Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • · Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • · Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
  • · Attending conferences and industry events. 

What your Goals will be:

  • Develop Meaningful and lasting business leads and relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding all sales goals that will be given to you

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • · Attention to Detail: The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently.
  • · Attention to Communication: Listens actively to leads and customers and uses effective communication channels.
  • · Work Ethic: You must have a belief in the importance of good and honorable work.

Notes:

· Compensation will be set with a base plus commission.

· This job requires a significant amount of travel and driving, a generous car allowance is provided. However, you must have/use a personal vehicle for this position. 

Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
