The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing technical information, editing documents for readability, and ensuring adherence to proper technical terminology and standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Documentation Preparation : Assist in gathering and organizing information to create user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Editing & Review : Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, and other deliverables to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Technical Translation : Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical users.
- On-line Documentation : Use standard help compilers to prepare online documentation for Windows-based applications.
- Research & Terminology : Conduct research to ensure accurate use of technical terminology and compliance with applicable standards.
- Administrative Support : Assist in performing financial and administrative tasks as needed.
