About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Paid Media to join our team! The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience managing high-performing paid digital campaigns for service-based businesses like pest control, lawn care, and home services .
This role requires expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, LSA), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Call Tracking , with a strategic mindset to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaign Management
- Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads (LSA) for lead generation.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to increase lead quality and conversions.
- A / B test ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROAS and lower CPL.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement proactive strategies to ensure consistent results.
Data-Driven Strategy & Conversion Tracking
Call Tracking & Google My Business (GMB) Management
Marketing Automation & Email Campaigns
Landing Page & Ad Copy Optimization
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Optimization
Requirements & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta Ads targeting.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM tracking.
Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, iContact, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong copywriting skills for ad content, email campaigns, and landing pages.
Familiarity with WordPress / Elementor for making landing page optimizations.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tracking setup.
Experience with photo / video editing tools like Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
Agency experience and client reporting skills are a plus.
