Responsibilities & Essential Functions - Basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform; the reason the position exists is to perform these functions.
Primary - This section should include responsibilities and essential functions that are highest priority and/or account for 40-90% of time spent each year in execution.
Schedule routes and communicate with drivers, PAPE coordinator, and Hyundai engineers regarding equipment installs, repair visits, other service calls, and miscellaneous field duties.
Ensure clear and timely communication to facilitate smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with Warehouse Technicians to ensure proper inventory management and allocation of resources.
Review operational metrics with technicians and engineers to assess daily planning and performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Work directly with Operations Coordinators to prioritize and assign upcoming tasks to available technicians based on region, urgency, and logistical considerations
Ensure tasks are assigned efficiently and completed within designated timelines
Regularly monitor output and efficiency of technicians, providing feedback to management and addressing any concerns or issues.
Secondary - This section should include responsibilities and essential functions that are moderate priority and/or account for 20%-40% of time spent each year in execution.
Actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
