Responsibilities & Essential Functions - Basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform; the reason the position exists is to perform these functions.
Primary - This section should include responsibilities and essential functions that are highest priority and/or account for 40-90% of time spent each year in execution.
- Schedule routes and communicate with drivers, PAPE coordinator, and Hyundai engineers regarding equipment installs, repair visits, other service calls, and miscellaneous field duties.
- Ensure clear and timely communication to facilitate smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Technicians to ensure proper inventory management and allocation of resources.
- Review operational metrics with technicians and engineers to assess daily planning and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with Operations Coordinators to prioritize and assign upcoming tasks to available technicians based on region, urgency, and logistical considerations
- Ensure tasks are assigned efficiently and completed within designated timelines
- Regularly monitor output and efficiency of technicians, providing feedback to management and addressing any concerns or issues.
Secondary - This section should include responsibilities and essential functions that are moderate priority and/or account for 20%-40% of time spent each year in execution.
