Day (United States of America) Department: 100 - 806000 TG - Facilities Management Position Description: To coordinate all on-site construction activities. Confers with and directs contractors and sub-contractors engaged in planning and executing construction activities, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to ensure timely completion of scheduled construction. To ensure that all construction projects are in conformance with the contract documents. Works with contractor, sub-contractors, and building superintendent to accomplish this task. Assures that construction materials are properly accounted and charged. Keeps Facility Management Director informed of construction project's status through a daily written report. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or Construction Management. Certification in Auto CADD 2000 and working knowledge in Auto CADD 2000 as well as Auto CADD Version 14.
