The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to streamline admissions, transfers, and discharges, reducing wait times and length of stay. This role requires a strong clinical background combined with expertise in healthcare operations and process improvement. The Must Haves :
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a medical doctor and a current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Louisiana. Master’s in business, Healthcare, or Public Health Administration preferred. LEAN certification a plus.
