Social Brand Strategist

We are seeking a Brand Strategist with marketing/creative agency and gaming experience to join our marketing team in Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that elevate the 100 Thieves brand within the gaming and lifestyle space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both gaming culture and social media trends, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth for brands in the gaming industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on gaming and lifestyle brands
• Experience collaborating with brand partnerships teams to ideate and pitch creative social concepts for future and current partners
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and pop culture

Responsibilities:

• As a representative of the 100 Thieves brand, you will actively participate in drafting creative treatments, presenting ideas, and implementing branded social content for 100 Thieves brand partners.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across all social platforms
• Create compelling content that resonates with the gaming community and aligns with the 100 Thieves brand
• Pitch creative social ideas to internal and external clients, aligning with their goals and objectives while maintaining the integrity of the 100 Thieves brand
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive results
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth

Our targeted compensation rate for this full time position based in Culver City, California is between $75,000 and $85,000, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
