Leads, guides, and manages the Woodford Reserve Personal Selection (Bourbon, and Double Oaked) and Old Forester Single Barrel (Barrel Strength and 100 Proof) programs. Responsible for managing all aspects of the overall programs from planning to execution with various stakeholder groups.
What You Can Expect
Super Premium American Whiskey Personal Selection & Single Barrel Program Management
Oversee the WR Personal Selection, and OF Single Barrel programs (approximately $17MM combined annual SNS).
Manage the WR Personal Selection Host and the OF By the Barrel Host at the homeplaces.
Lead and direct key distillery stakeholders: WR Personal Selection Coordinator and the OF Warehouse Coordinator.
Manage all aspects of the Personal Selection & Single Barrel Programs from planning to execution with various stakeholder groups.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder groups, including US and Global brand teams, US and Global field sales reps, Distillery Homeplace Teams, Production, Quality, R & D, Warehousing, Customer Service/Supply Planning/Supply Chain, IT, Accounting/Finance, Legal, Design, Customer and Distributor partners.
Collaborate with WR/OF Leadership to ensure single barrel allocations are optimized to meet brand distribution and growth objectives.
Ensure the Barrel Program runs efficiently and continues to grow.
Evaluate overall brand opportunities and market needs to improve our By the Barrel/Personal Selection experiences based on team and consumer input.
Coordinate tasting profiles, sample sets, and custom profile requests with Master Tasters and Master/Assistant Master Distillers.
Coordinate with on-site selection host to ensure premium experience and inventory management.
Serve as the primary point of contact with IT to make process updates for the ordering systems and to troubleshoot system issues. Create and upload dates in Salesforce for each brand.
Provide data reporting to Finance, Brand Marketing, and Supply Planning Teams as it pertains to shipments and yield volumes.
Provide regular business updates to Senior Brand Managers and Emerging Brands Leadership Team.
Evaluate and measure effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Onboard and train new internal and external partners for the barrel programs.
Develop and distribute promotional materials for the barrel programs.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all barrel orders; troubleshoot pinch-point areas.
Manage and update Personal Selection and Single Barrel Chatter Groups.
Share best practices with USA & C and Global Marketing Team to align processes system-wide as well as with other BF barrel managers.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);
3-5 years Marketing Experience
Proven financial acumen
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Advanced computer skills
with proficient knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other
software as needed.
Display a high level of professionalism and courtesy in performing duties and
communicating with the team, field personnel, agencies, and external
communications.
Demonstrate ability to handle and prioritize heavy workload in a fast-paced
environment with high level of attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as necessary. Ability to lift 25 pounds.
