Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR practices and employee relations, particularly within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role will be critical in driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers and supervisors, providing feedback on personal leadership and organizational effectiveness.
- Execute workforce strategy initiatives and change management plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyze data, metrics, and trends to problem solve and make recommendations.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and recommend long-term root cause solutions.
- Deliver talent programs such as employee development, performance enablement, and compensation in partnership with corporate HR functions.
- Research, develop, and implement HR policies for legal compliance, employee relations, organizational development, employee compensation, and benefit programs.
- Design, develop, and execute full-cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies.
- Build and improve HR processes to provide structure and clarity within the organization.
- Help others see opportunities for growth and development, fostering a resilient and adaptable workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in the high-tech industry sector.
- HR Certification (PHR) preferred.
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal labor laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, OFLA, Wage & Hour, Worker’s Compensation).
- Demonstrated business acumen to understand the business model, operations, and financial structure.
- Experience developing and delivering recruiting and hiring programs.
- Experience developing and delivering HR training programs to supervisors and managers.
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills that have translated into solutions.
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity and pragmatic, proven judgment.
- Ability to build coalitions and long-term working relationships across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- A successful candidate will need to be onsite a minimum of four days per week.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
