Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Well-Being Specialist for our LifeWork Strategies who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
The Well-being Specialist will partner with LifeWork Strategies to promote a culture of well-being that addresses the specific health needs of the client’s employee population. The Well-being Specialist will provide fulltime, on-site support for Adventist HealthCare to coordinate and develop well-being programs, events, Conditions of Employment programs, health-related presentations, employee-facing online wellness web portal and outgoing marketing efforts.
As a Well-Being Specialist, you will:
• Provide support to Adventist HealthCare Condition of Employment clinics and activities, including but not limited to Influenza Vaccinations and Fit Testing.
• Coordinate, develop, and facilitate health and wellness programs and events, such as Lunch and Learns, workshops, well-being challenges, health observances and other events and programs.
• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Condition Management programs.
• Design health education content, including informative articles, presentations, and the online wellness portal.
• Aggregate, analyze, and present client reports based on employee data and program participation analysis; utilize operational metrics to define, track, and report on program activities, participation, and results.
• Participate in town halls, team meetings, and leadership training as appropriate to educate, motivate, and engage participants.

• Must demonstrate a commitment to teamwork
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with schedule to meet program needs
• Ability to become proficient in multiple online databases and technical programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, or related field required

Pay Range:
$53,316.90 - $74,643.66If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
