Search Additional Job Opportunities Job Title: Operations Associate Job Description: Job Title: Operations Associate Location: De Pere, WI Job Opportunity CMC Materials/Entegris has an opening for an Operations Associate located in De Pere, Wisconsin, which provides a career opportunity for qualified individuals. The Operations Associate position is for 1st shift and will report to the Production Team Leader. This role will support with day-to-day production, inventory counts, preparing finished goods for shipment, following a “Standard Operating Procedure” for all areas within the site. The Operations Associate will be responsible for production in our De Pere, WI site. The major responsibilities of the Operations Associate are: ➢ Production and Warehousing – 100% ➢ Produce, package and prepare CMC/Entegris products for shipment. ➢ Receive raw material and containers. ➢ Perform required data entry and record keeping. ➢ Perform required testing and inspections ➢ Maintain safe and clean working environment ➢ Immediately address any deviation to CMC/Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc. ➢ Participate in continuous improvement teams and activities. ➢ Contribute to plant safety initiatives. ➢ Perform miscellaneous production and warehouse related tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, incident investigation). Functions include setting up, running and monitoring equipment used in manufacturing where process accuracy is important. Works from written and verbal instructions. Required Qualifications: Technical - Knowledge of manufacturing equipment - 1 – 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred - Basic PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel - Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system. Behavioral – Must be capable of working independently and as a contributing Team member while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. - Education – HS/GED required. Experience – One to three years of production experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills. Physical – -Requires manual lifting of up to 45 lbs.
