ROLE SUMMARY: As a senior member of Craft West Sales leadership team, the candidate will have overall responsibility for the Craft West (Elysian, Golden Road, Four Peaks) Retail Key Accounts strategy & volume /share results. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Role manages a mix of on and off premise accounts, with a mix of national and regional chains and independent accounts. Manage 3 directs reports and their relationship with key large strategic Retail customers. Building Key Account presence through value-added key account planning and execution, as well as strong internal and customer relationships. Account analysis and planning to bring Craft West strategy to life in key customers. Developing and implementing annual customer business plans to deliver incremental volume & profit for AB while helping key customers achieve their respective business objectives. Providing feedback and input on programs, strategies, and tactical marketing/sales initiatives. Building/maintaining Region and CSO relationships/partnerships and delivering store level execution through field sales team. Playing a lead role in the management of the sales teams responsible for Key Account management. Maintaining In-market relationships with key account stakeholders – operations, marketing, buying, and accounting. Leveraging customer value to showcase Craft West brands. Preparing and on-plan delivery of Retail Key Account budget. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory University Degree in Business or related field Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales management, category management and customer relationship – with preference given to Retail background. Strong budgeting skills. The ability to build strong customer relationships. Strong analytical skills. Excellent influencing/persuasion skills. Strong presentation skills.
